To ensure successful delivery of your package, note the following:

We require a physical address. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

A person over the age of 18 must sign for the package upon delivery.

Packages will only be mailed to the address registered with your credit card company.

If you are unable to sign for your package, it can be shipped to the nearest shipping company's office. This will allow you to sign for and collect it at your convenience. The location must fully staffed upon delivery.

International Shipping

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 10 days for a full refund or exchange. Return Process

Careful Packaging: Please pack your item carefully, using the original packaging. If there is a diamond certificate, this must also be included. All item(s) must be in their original condition. Do not list items on the exterior of the box (for security purposes).

Send the Package: Using registered mail, fully insure the purchase price of the item. Refrain from disclosing the contents (for security purposes). We take no responsibility for loss or damage to an item during shipment.

Name & Address: Clearly print your name and address on the exterior of the box.

Refund: Usually, within five days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will fully refund your purchase.

Return Policy Terms and Conditions

Upon inspection, if we determine that the product is in good condition, your refund will be processed within five business days. Refunds are issued in the same form as your original purchase. Bank wire transfers are refunded via a company check.

As Belmira Jewelry, we suggest you maintain your jewelers every 6 months to your local jewelry. We also recommend insuring your jewelry in case it is lost or stolen.

If you think that there is a problem on jewelry because of manufacturing issues, please contact us immediately, and our experts will check your jewelry and guide you about solution. If our expert defined the problem as being the manufacturing, we will repair the item for free.

A certain amount of money will be charged for damage caused by a third party. Our warranty covers only prong tightening, repolish of rhodium plating, and replacement of side stones lost due to broken prongs or gems that are caused by manufacturing problems. We do not cover loss of the center stones. We also offer free services for bracelet tightening, polishing, and cleaning. Third party repairs are not covered by our company's warranty. The warranty given by our company does not cover damage caused by wear, neglect, lack of regular maintenance, loss or theft.

Our company absolutely does not use conflict diamonds. As it is known, these diamonds are used to finance illegal organizations in Central and West Africa. These diamonds are not produced according to fair trade rules. Our company supports human rights and is not involved in any part of this type of trade.

Our Policy
We are very sensitive about Conflict diamonds and we have no tolerance for it. We pay special attention to the fact that the diamond you purchase comes from well-known suppliers through the Kimberly Process, which is enacted by the world diamond council.

The World Diamond Council is an organization established to stop the illegal diamond trade. The Kimberly Process also protects human rights. Many government agencies and NGOs have adopted the Kimberly Process and now almost 99% of all diamonds are traded conflict-free, legally.
