Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days for a refund or exchange. Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including customized products and all orders shipped outside of the United States. These restrictions are also displayed during checkout.

1. Careful Packaging Please package your item securely using the original packaging. If your order includes a diamond or gemstone certificate, it must be returned with the item. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition. For security purposes, do not list the item description on the outside of the package. 2. Shipping the Item Ship your return using a reliable, insured carrier and insure the package for the full value of the item. Do not disclose the contents of the package to the carrier. Belmira Jewelry is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit. 3. Sender Information Clearly write your name and return address on the outside of the box. 4. Refund Processing Clearly write your name and return address on the outside of the box. After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within five business days. Refunds are issued in the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
